Jimmy and Jennifer Smith are married (13 years), parents of 3 kids (Reese 12, Maci 11, Davis 9), dog parents to 2 rescue mutts Bentley and Reba. Jimmy and Jennifer both come from very modest upbringing in middle class Louisville. Jimmy started as a college baseball coach turned public school administrator while Jennifer started as a public school special needs teacher. With no formal business training they have willed their way to their current situation through hard work, grit and strategic moves including delayed gratification. They started their lives together in debt and now they are debt free, and have amassed a growing net worth including, real estate, retirement and physical and liquid assets in less than 14 years. They are business owners in several entities aligned with the Real Estate Industry. The primary business is The Jewell Smith Group (JSG) of Keller Williams Louisville. JSG is a Mega Agent Team with 15 members and creates close to 1 million in revenue through gross commissions. Along with the JSG they are owners of Keller Williams Louisville, owners of Property advanced property management company, owners of 3 rentals ( 1 residential, 1 commercial, and 1 STR). Furthermore, start up ventures currently taking place are In house Admin, In House Design, Co-Work Louisville, and buying a commercial building for KWL to Lease and acquire up to 30 residential rental doors.
